Shock and Awe

Wow did we have an intense lightning shower last evening, it was like being in a warzone. Usually you get a couple of seconds between lightning flashes but last night it was like we had a strobe light on in our apartment. This photo ran in the paper this morning. I didn't snap it but I might as well have since this is about the same view we have out our window. In such storms I often see the tops of nearby buildings taking hits. Very cool.
